Dr. Ferry Siswojo Dongianto, SH, LLM – President Commissioner

Dr. Ferry Siswojo Dongianto, SH, LLM is an Indonesian Citizen and born on January 30, 1970. He obtained his Law degree from Tarumanegara University, Jakarta in 1994, Master of Law from Western Australia University, Australia in 1996 and Doctorate degree from Tarumanegara University, Jakarta in 2018. Active as a Law Lecturer at Tarumanegara University, Jakarta until now. He is a member of the Advisory Board of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association), active in the ALA (Asean Law Association) Indonesia, the Indonesian Buddhist Council and the Honorary Council of the Ekayana Buddhist Center. Started his career as a Lawyer at Hanafiah Soeharto Ponggawa (HSP), Jakarta, Indonesia in 1992-1994. Subsequently served as Consultant at Deacons Graham & James (formerly Sly & Weigall) Perth, Western Australia in 1995-1996, then became Senior Legal Advisor at PT Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1996-1998, served as Senior Legal Advisor at Asia Pulp & Paper Company Ltd, Singapore in 1998-1999, served as Head of Legal Division at Asia Food & Property Ltd, Singapore in 1999-2000. In 2000-2002 he served as Legal Director at Asia Pulp & Paper Company Group, Jakarta, then in 2002-2018 served as Senior Director/Head of Corporate & Legal Affairs Division at Sinarmas Pulp & Paper Group of Companies, Jakarta, and has been serving as Advisor at Yang & Co., Jakarta since 2011. Hereinafter he served as Presiden Commissioner at PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk since August 2021, as Vice President Director at PT Bali Turtle Island Development since October 2021, as Director at PT. Kura Kura Bali since October 2021 and as President Director at PT Antap Alam Lestari since December 2021.

Lutfi Dahlan – Independent Vice President Commissioner

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Porong on February 28, 1945. Served as Vice President Independent Commissioner of the Company on June 24, 2019. Previously, he served as the Company’s Independent President Commissioner on 8 June 2018 to June 2019. He served as the Vice President Commissioner of the Company from 29 June 2010 to 2018. He also served as member of the Board of Commissioners in several subsidiaries. He pursued a career in the Indonesian National Police in 1968 and retired in 2000 as Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police (WAKAPOLRI) and Department of Religion Inspector General. During his career in the Indonesian National Police, he had obtained several services, including Bintang Dharma and Bintang Bayangkara Pratama. He also participated in various Military Education from 1968 to 1993, including the Police Force Academy in 1968 and Lemhannas in 1993. He obtained his doctorate from the Jakarta Police Science College in 1975.

Sriyanto Muntasram – Commissioner

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Tuban on October 28, 1950. Serving as Commissioner of the Company on June 24, 2019. He was the Vice President Commissioner of the Company since June 8, 2018. Previously, he served as Vice President Director of the Company from June 24, 2011 to 2018 and Director from 2009 to 2011. Currently also serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in several subsidiaries of the Company. Served as Independent Commissioner in Putera Bumi Insurance 1912 from August 2015 to October 21, 2016 and as Deputy Coordinator of the 1912 Putra Bumi Insurance Statuter Manager from October 21, 2016 to September 2018. Graduated from AKABRI in 1974 and subsequently active in the Army 2007 with the last 3 (three) positions as General Commander of KOPASSUS, Commander of SILIWANGI Military Command and Governor of AKMIL with the last rank of Major General of the TNI. Obtaining various services, including Bintang Kartika Eka Paksi Pratama, Bintang Yudha Dharma Pratama and Bintang Yudha Dharma Nararya. He took the KRA XXXII Lemhannas course in 2000.

Drs. Ris Sutarto – Independent Commissioner

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Klaten on July 16, 1949. has served as the Company’s Independent Commissioner since 24 June 2019 to date. He began his career in the Republic of Indonesia National Police from 1974 to 2005 with his last position as Korsatgas Ganja Lakhar BNN in 2004, and in Kadenma Mabes POLRI in 2005, with the last rank of Kombes Polisi. From POLRI he then continued on to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to serve as Director of Intelligence at the Directorate General of Immigration in 2006; Head of the Department of Personnel at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2009, with his final rank as Pembina Utama Golongan IV E (PNS); Special Staff to the Minister at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2009; and served as Extraordinary Tutor at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to date. He is active in the State Intelligence Agency as Task Force Supporting Expert for Combating Domestic and International Economic Crimes in 2011’ and continued on becoming Special Staff to the Deputy Chair of the MPR, Dr. Oesman Sapta in 2015. He Obtained several honors including Satya Lencana Seroja, Satya Lencana Dwija Sistha, Satya Lencana Karya Bakti, Satya Lencana Kes Tamtama, and Satya Lencana Bhayangkara Naraya. He attended various Military Education including the Indonesian Military Academy in 1973 and obtained his doctorate from the Police Science College in 1985.

Gatot Subroto – Independent Commissioner

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Banyuwangi on January 21, 1960. He has served as an Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 8, 2018. He also serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners in several subsidiaries. He has been a Commissioner at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk since May 2018 up til 2019. Career in the military since 1982 and carry out assignments both at home and abroad, with his last position as Wadanjen Akademi TNI. As a member of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia and during his service in the TNI, he won 19 awards / services including S.L. Seroja (1991), The United Nations Medal (1993), Services from the State of Cambodia (1993), Bintang Jalasena Nararya (2007), Bintang Yudha Dharma Nararya (2015), Veterans of Peace of the Republic of Indonesia (2016), Bintang Jalasena Pratama and Bintang Yudha Dharma Pratama (2017). He was a graduate of the Navy XXVII Naval Academy in 1982 and attended education in Diklapa I (1986), Diklapa II (1989), Seskoad Force 31 (1995), Tar P-4 Tk. National Force 164 (1997), Sesko TNI 2004 TA and PPRA Lemhannas Force 42 (2008).

Drs. Syamsuddin Lologau – Independent Commissioner

An Indonesian Citizen and was born on August 5, 1959. He obtained his Doctoral degree from the Institute of Government Science, Jakarta in 1990 and Master of Science in Government from Satyagama University, Jakarta in 2009. Started his career as Secretary of the Camat in Tambora District, West Jakarta in 1995-1999, continued as Deputy Camat of Palmerah in 1999-2003. Then he served as the Camat of Cempaka Putih in 2003-2008 and Camat of Gambir in 2008-2010. In 2010-2013, he served as Assistant for Community Welfare in Central Jakarta Administrative City and continued to serve as City Secretary in West Jakarta Administrative City. Then he was active in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Office as Assistant Deputy for Environment and Housing in 2015-2018, and Head of the Regional Personnel Agency in 2018, then served as Mayor of North Jakarta in 2018-2019.

Husni Ali - President Director

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Jakarta on September 4, 1956. Served as President Director of the Company on June 8, 2018. Previously as Deputy President Director in 2006, President Director in 2007 and President Commissioner in 2012-2018. He also serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners and Directors in several subsidiaries. Started his career in 1980 as Assistant Factory Manager at PT Jasinta Poly and as Factory Manager at PT Indotama Daya Metal in 1981. In 1984, he moved to PT Dayin Kreativita as Operational Manager, then as Director at PT Gajah Surya Arta Leasing in 1985-2000 with the last position as Commissioner. Subsequently active as Director at PT Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia in October 1989 - April 1998 and also as Commissioner of PT DBS Securities in 1991-1999. Joined PT Equity Securities Indonesia as President Director in 2000-2006, and is still active as President Commissioner. Since 2012, he has served as President Director of PT Khotai Makmur Insan Abadi, then since June 2016 he has served as Commissioner. In 2014-2016, he served as President Director of PT Indexim Coalindo, continued as Commissioner in 2016 until now. Served as President Director of PT Bukit Baiduri Energi in 2014-2016, and as Commissioner in 2016-2018. Served as Commissioner at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk since May 2018 to date. Has a license from Bapepam and LK as a Broker-Dealer Representative, Underwriter Representative and Investment Manager Representative. He received a Bachelor of Economics degree in 1982 from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta, and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Armstrong University, Berkeley, California, United States, in 1985.

Syahrul Effendi – Vice President Director

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Bukittinggi on November 17, 1957. He has served as Vice President Director of the Company since June 8, 2018. He also serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners and Directors in several subsidiaries. He has served as President Commissioner of PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk since May 2018 to 2019. From 2011-2017 he served as Deputy Governor of the DKI Jakarta Province for Population and Settlement Control. Previously he was active in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government with various positions, including as the South Jakarta Mayor in 2006-2011, with several awards including Manggala Karya Kencana (2011), Indonesia Green Awards (2011), Satyalancana Honors for 30 Years ( 2010), Adipura Cup (2005 to 2010 period, Honorary Seroja Nugraha (the top 3 best graduates) from the Indonesian National Defense Institute (2008), as well as various other awards. Active in various social organizations, including as PMI South Jakarta Advisory Board (2006- 2011), South Jakarta Scout Advisory Board (2007-2011), Management of IKALemhannas Community Service Division (2010-2015) and currently serves as Chairperson of Diklapim II Alumni (since 2003), General Chair of the Indonesian Bicycle Committee (since 2008) and Deputy Chairperson of PPRA 42 Lemhannas Alumni (since 2009). He received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Jayabaya University in 1984, a Master of Economics in Management from STIE IPWI in 1996 and a Doctorate degree in Business Economics from Universitas Brawijaya in 2013.

Marisa Kolonas – Director

Indonesian citizen with catholic religion, born in Bekasi on 5 July 1948. Active in PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk as Executive Vice President of Procurement and SBR division since 2003 until now. She is Directors and/or Commissioners at PT Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang, PT Filamindo Sakti, and PT Prima Sentra Megah from 2006, 2010, 2016 until now. She began her career in 1980 as General Manager Procurement at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk for 9 years. Continuing her career as General Manager at PT IRC Inoac Indonesia in 1993 to 1995, then moved to PT Bando Indonesia as the same position in 1995 to 1996. She once served as General Manager in PT Panen Boga Lestari from 1997 to 2002. She graduated with Diploma in Business Management from National University of Singapore in 1994 and Diploma in Economic and Business Study from Beijing Tsinghua University in 2009.

Njudarsono Yusetijo – Director

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Malang on February 10, 1964. Serving as Director of the Company since June 30, 2004. From 2006-2014 he was appointed as a non-affiliated Director of the Company. He also serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners and Directors in several subsidiaries. Started his career at PT Ometraco Wisma Perkasa, Surabaya, in 1989, and left the company with a position as Project Manager in 1994. He was then active as a Project Manager at PT Griyamas Muktisejahtera, Surabaya (1995 -1996), continued at PT Mahadhika Girindra as Project Manager (1996 - 1998), served at PT Bali Turtle Island Development as Director (2005-2016), as Commissioner (2016-2018) and as Director since 2018 to date. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Petra Christian University, Surabaya, in 1989.

Hartono – Director

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Purwokerto on May 19, 1969. Serving as Director of the Company since June 25, 2013 and appointed as Independent Director since June 26, 2014 to 2019 and also serves as Director and Commissioner in several subsidiaries owned by the Company. He began his career in 1991 as a Project Accountant at PT Angkasa Interland for four years, before continuing his career as Manager of Accounting & Finance at Perdana Finance Group. In 1999, he worked at PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk until 2012 with his last position as an Associate Director before rejoining the Company as General Manager for the Finance & Accounting Division. He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting from Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto in 1991.

Agus Gozali – Director

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Jakarta on August 29, 1973. Served as Director of the Company since June 8, 2018, and he also serves as a Commissioner and Director in several subsidiaries. Previously worked in various companies, including as President Commissioner at PT MAP Boga Adiperkasa Tbk in 2017-2018, Commissioner at PT Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk in 2014-2017, at PT Panen Lestari Internusa, as President Director in 2013-2017, as Director of Operations and Business Development in 2010-2013, as well as General Manager for Operations and Business Development in 2008 - 2010. Started his career as an entrepreneur in various business fields. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, USA, in 1997.

Chandraja Harita – Director

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Medan on April 25, 1969. Reappointed as Director of the Company on June 24, 2019. Previously, he served as Director of the Company from 2012 to 2018, and he also serves as a Commissioner and Director in several subsidiaries. He started his career in 1992 as Assistant Construction Manager at PT Putra Satria Prima (Sinar Mas Group). From 1994 to 2001, he worked as Project Manager at PT Angkasa Interland, before being active in CMR Consultants (Australia) Pty. Ltd. as Senior Consultant and Project Manager until 2002. Then in 2003 to 2005, he was appointed GM Construction at PT Mandiri Eka Abadi (Agung Podomoro Group) and served as GM at Thinc Projects (Australia) Pty Ltd until 2006. Subsequently, as GM of PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk until 2008, and as Director of Project / Engineering PT Sinar Menara Deli until 2009 and Head of Property Division of PT Supra Uniland Utama (RGM Group) until 2011. He obtained his degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung in 1991, Master of Management Information System from Bina Nusantara University and Master of Accounting from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia in 2000, and Master of Real Estate from The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2002.
