Husni Ali - President Commissioner

Indonesian citizen and born on September 4, 1956. Re-appointed as President Director of the Company since June 8, 2018. Previously as Vice President Director in 2006, President Director in 2007 and President Commissioner in 2012 to 2018. Also serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors in several subsidiaries.

Started his career in 1980 as Assistant Factory Manager at PT Jasinta Poly and as Factory Manager at PT Indotama Daya Metal in 1981. In 1984, moved to PT Dayin Kreativita as Operational Manager, then as Director at PT Gajah Surya Arta Leasing in 1985 to 2000 with the last position as Commissioner. Then active as Director at PT Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia in October 1989 to April 1998 and also as Commissioner of PT DBS Securities in 1991 to 1999. Joined PT Equity Securities Indonesia as President Director in 2000 to 2006, and until now is still active as President Commissioner. Since 2012, served as President Director of PT Khotai Makmur Insan Abadi, then since June 2016 served as Commissioner. In 2014 to 2016, he served as President Director of PT Indexim Coalindo, continued as Commissioner in 2016 to present. Served as President Director of PT Bukit Baiduri Energi in 2014 to 2016, and as Commissioner in 2016 to 2018. Served as Commissioner at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk since May 2018 to 2019.

Licensed by Bapepam and LK as a Securities Broker Representative, Securities Underwriter Representative and Investment Manager Representative. Obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in 1982 from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta, and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Armstrong University, Berkeley, California, United States, in 1985.

Dr. Syahrul Effendi, SH, MM. – Vice President Commissioner

Indonesian citizen and born on November 17, 1957. Served as Vice President Director of the Company since June 8, 2018. Also serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners in several subsidiaries.

Previously served as President Commissioner of PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk from 2018 to 2019. From 2011 to 2017, he served as Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Province for Population and Settlement Control. Previously active in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government with various positions, including as Mayor of South Jakarta from 2006 to 2011, winning several awards including Manggala Karya Kencana (2011), Indonesia Green Awards (2011), Satyalancana Karya Sasta 30 Years Honorary Medal (2010), Adipura Cup (period 2005 to 2010), Seroja Nugraha Honorary Medal (top 3 best graduates) from Lemhanas RI (2008), and various other awards.

Active in various social organizations including as the Advisory Board of PMI South Jakarta in 2006 to 2011, Advisory Board of Pramuka South Jakarta in 2007 to 2011, Management of IKALemhannas for Community Service in 2010 to 2015 and currently serves as Chairman of Alumni Diklapim II (since 2003), General Chairman of the Indonesian Bicycle Committee (since 2008) and Deputy Chairman of Alumni Lemhannas PPRA 42 (since 2009).

Obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from Jayabaya University in 1984, a Master of Management Economics degree from STIE IPWI in 1996 and a Doctorate in Business Economics from Brawijaya University in 2013.

Drs. H. Lutfi Dahlan – Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen and born on February 28, 1945. Served as Independent Vice President Commissioner of the Company since June 24, 2019, and in the previous period from 2010 to 2018. Also served as the Company's Independent President Commissioner from 2018 to 2019. Currently, serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners in several subsidiaries. Served as President Director of PT Panen Lestari Basuki from 2019 to 2024.

Participated in various Military Education from 1968 to 1993, including the Police Academy in 1968 and Lemhannas in 1993. Received a doctorate from the Jakarta Police Science College in 1975. Received several awards during his career in the Indonesian National Police, including the Bintang Dharma and the Bintang Bayangkara Pratama.

Started his career in the Indonesian National Police in 1968 and retired in 2000 as Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police (WAKAPOLRI) and Inspector General of the Department of Religion.

Drs. Ris Sutarto – Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen and born on July 16, 1949. Served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 24, 2019, and serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors in several subsidiaries. Participated in various military education including AKABRI in 1973 and obtained a doctorate from the Police Science College in 1985.

Active in the State Intelligence Agency as a Supporting Expert for the Domestic and Foreign Economic Crime Eradication Task Force in 2011 and continued to become Special Staff to the Deputy Chairman of the MPR, DR Oesman Sapta in 2015. Received several service awards including the Seroja Satya Lencana, Dwija Sistha Satya Lencana, Karya Bakti Satya Lencana, Tamtama Kes Satya Lencana, and Bhayangkara Naraya Satya Lencana.

Started his career in the Indonesian National Police from 1974 to 2005 with his last position as the Head of the BNN Ganja Lakhar Task Force in 2004 and the Head of the National Police Headquarters in 2005, with the last rank of Police Commissioner. He then changed his status from the National Police to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, namely serving as the Director of Intelligence at the Directorate General of Immigration in 2006, Head of the Bureau of Personnel at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2009 with the last rank of Main Supervisor Group IV E (PNS), Special Staff to the Minister at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2009, and served as an Extraordinary Widyaswara at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights until 2024.

Gatot Subroto – Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen and born on January 21, 1960. Served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 8, 2018. Also serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners in several subsidiaries. Previously served as Commissioner at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk from May 2018 to 2019.

He is a graduate of the 27th Naval Academy Class of 1982 and attended Diklapa I (1986), Diklapa II (1989), Seskoad Class of 31 (1995), Tar P-4 National Level Class of 164 (1997), Sesko TNI Class of 2004 and PPRA Lemhannas Class of 42 (2008).

Having a career in the military since 1982 and carrying out assignments both at home and abroad, with his last position as Deputy Commander of the TNI Academy. As a member of the Veteran of the Republic of Indonesia and during his service in the TNI, he has received 19 awards/service medals including S.L. Seroja (1991), The United Nations Medal (1993), Service Medal from the State of Cambodia (1993), Bintang Jalasena Nararya (2007), Bintang Yudha Dharma Nararya (2015), Veteran of Peace of the Republic of Indonesia (2016), Bintang Jalasena Pratama and Bintang Yudha Dharma Pratama (2017).

Chiu Man Sing –Commissioner

Singaporean citizen and born on September 25, 1952. He served as Commissioner of the Company from 2019 to 2020, where he previously served as Director of the Company from 2018 to 2019.

From 1997 to 2000, he served as Director of Operations at Habitat Properties Pte. Ltd (SIN) for the development of various housing projects including St Martins Residence and Century Woods. Then from 2000 to 2015 he served as Executive Director (Property) at Tuan Sing Holdings Pte. Ltd. (SIN) for property development and investment in Singapore and China.

In 2019 to 2021, he served as Director at PT Bali Turtle Island Development, then in 2022 to 2024 he served as President Director at PT Kebon Melati Mas. Since 2012 until now he has served as Director of GT Investment Pte. Ltd for property development and investment in China and Indonesia. And since 2023 until now he has served as Commissioner at PT Bali Riviera Development.

Received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1975.

Marcello Theodore Taufik – President Director

Indonesian citizen and born on December 7, 1968. Held several positions at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk as Deputy President Director from 2018 to 2019, and as President Director from 2019 to June 2025. In addition, he served as Commissioner at PT Equity Development Investment Tbk since 2022.

Also active in PT Bank Ganesha Tbk by holding several positions as President Commissioner in 2015 to 2017, continuing as Commissioner in 2017 to 2022, and again serving as President Commissioner in 2022 to 2024.

Started his career in 1995 to 1998 as Product Development Manager at PT Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia. In 1998 to 1999 he continued his career as a Public Financial Policy Researcher at the Center for Financial Policy Studies, then in 1999 to 2000 he served as General Manager of Treasury and International at PT Bank Ganesha Tbk. Furthermore, in 2001 to 2004 he served as Manager of Investor Relations and Corporate Communication at PT Prima Tunas Investama, then in 2004 to 2008 he served as Executive Vice President at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, and returned to PT Prima Tunas Investama as General Manager of Legal and Finance in 2008 to 2013. Continued his career as Director of Finance and Accounting at PT Bali Turtle Island Development in 2013 to 2018.

He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Indonesia in 1993 and a Master of Science degree from New Hampshire College, United States in 1994, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University, United States in 1995.

Sriyanto Muntasram – Vice President Director

Indonesian citizen and born on October 28, 1950. Served as Commissioner of the Company since June 24, 2019. Previously, served as Vice President Commissioner of the Company since June 8, 2018, as Vice President Director of the Company from June 24, 2011 to 2018 and Director from 2009 to 2011. Currently also serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners and Directors in several subsidiaries.

Graduated from AKABRI in 1974 and was then active in the Indonesian Army until 2007 with his last 3 (three) positions as Commander General of KOPASSUS, Commander of SILIWANGI Military Command and Governor of AKMIL with the final rank of Major General TNI.

Received various awards, including the Bintang Kartika Eka Paksi Pratama, Bintang Yudha Dharma Pratama and Bintang Yudha Dharma Nararya. Attended the KRA XXXII Lemhannas course in 2000.

Served as Independent Commissioner at Bumi Putera 1912 Insurance since August 2015 until October 21, 2016 and as Deputy Coordinator of Statutory Management of Bumi Putera 1912 Insurance since October 21, 2016 until September 2018. Also served in several subsidiaries of Indika Group as Commissioner since 2008 until now.

Laura Rahardja – Director

Indonesian citizen and born on March 22, 1958. Currently serves as President Commissioner at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk.

She has served as Director at several companies including PT Bando Indonesia, PT Bukit Baiduri Energi, PT Indexim Coalindo, PT Khotai Makmur Insan Abadi, PT Kasongan Bumi Kencana, PT IRC Inoac Indonesia and PT Bali Turtle Island Development.

Currently also serving as President Commissioner of PT Gtech Digital Asia and President Commissioner of PT Gpay Digital Asia as well as Commissioner of PT Bando Indonesia, PT IRC Inoac Indonesia and PT MAPCLUB Digital Asia.

Obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in Management and Accounting from Atmajaya Catholic University, Jakarta.

Ir. Njudarsono Yusetijo – Director

Indonesian citizen and born on February 10, 1964. Served as Director of the Company since June 30, 2004, where from 2006 to 2014 he was appointed as an unaffiliated Director of the Company. Also serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors in several subsidiaries.

Started his career at PT Ometraco Wisma Perkasa, Surabaya in 1989 with his last position as Project Manager in 1994. Then he was active as Project Manager at PT Griyamas Muktisejahtera, Surabaya in 1995 to 1996, continued at PT Mahadhika Girindra as Project Manager in 1996 to 1998. Active at PT Bali Turtle Island Development as Director in 2005 to 2016, as Commissioner in 2016 to 2018 and served again as Director from 2018 to 2024.

Obtained a Civil Engineering degree from Petra Christian University, Surabaya, in 1989.

Drs. Syamsuddin Lologau – Director

Indonesian citizen and born on August 5, 1959. Served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 8, 2022.

Starting his career as Sub-district Secretary in Tambora District, West Jakarta from 1995 to 1999, continued as Deputy Sub-district Head of Palmerah from 1999 to 2003. Then served as Sub-district Head of Cempaka Putih from 2003 to 2008 and Sub-district Head of Gambir from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, served as Assistant for Public Welfare in Central Jakarta Administrative City and continued to serve as City Secretary in West Jakarta Administrative City. Furthermore, he was active in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Office as Assistant Deputy for Environment and Housing from 2015 to 2018, as well as Head of the Regional Personnel Agency from 2018, then served as Mayor of North Jakarta from 2018 to 2019.

Obtained a Doctorate degree from the Institute of Government Science, Jakarta in 1990 and a Master of Science in Government from Satyagama University, Jakarta in 2009.

Chandraja Harita – Director

Indonesian citizen and born on April 25, 1969. Served as Director of the Company again on June 24, 2019, where previously he served as Director of the Company from 2012 to 2018. Served as Commissioner and Director in several subsidiaries. Also active as Director at PT Panen Lestari Basuki since December 2019 to date and as Director at PT Kebon Melati Mas since July 2020 to date.

Started his career in 1992 as Assistant Construction Manager at PT Putra Satria Prima (Sinar Mas Group). From 1994 to 2001, he was active as Project Manager at PT Angkasa Interland, before being active at CMR Consultants (Australia) Pty. Ltd as Senior Consultant and Project Manager until 2002. Then from 2003 to 2005, he was appointed as GM Construction at PT Mandiri Eka Abadi (Agung Podomoro Group) and served as GM at Thinc Projects (Australia) Pty Ltd until 2006. Furthermore, he served as GM of the Company, until 2008, and as Project/Technical Director of PT Sinar Menara Deli until 2009 and Head of Property Division of PT Supra Uniland Utama (RGM Group) until 2011.

Obtained a Civil Engineering degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung in 1991, a Master of Management Information System from Bina Nusantara University and a Master of Accounting degree from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia in 2000, and a Master of Real Estate from The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2002. He is a member of the Indonesian Construction Experts Association, the Indonesian Engineers Association, Indonesian Professional Engineers, and the Indonesian Project Management Experts Association.
